We use exclusively local fish. It is the starting point for our cooking, from anchovies and maltagliati with fish in the traditional Trabaccolara style to homemade tagliolini with local clams. Flavours of our coast, prepared with care.
We have welcomed guests to our seaside veranda in Marina di Massa since 1993. Join us for lunch, a memorable dinner or simply the pleasure of coming back.
